I have been involved with nonprofit agencies since 1960 and employed by a county government agency from 1996 to 2006. I still do freelance grant writing for this agency.

I have produced a manual for setting up a 501(c)(3) nonprofit educational and charitable nonprofit corporation. I am familiar with registering a nonprofit corporation with the appropriate state agency and completing the IRS Form to apply for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.
